Returns

We want you to love your new clothing. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within [7] days of delivery.

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

  • Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, odors, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent a wrong or defective item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or damaged items

To check exchange availability, contact us before sending your item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your clothing arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within [7] days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned clothing:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
