Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, odors, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent a wrong or defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned clothing:
